Deleting your AutoGineer WhatsApp account

You can permanently delete your AutoGineer WhatsApp account and its associated data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.

How to request deletion

• In the mobile app: open Profile → Settings → Delete Account and confirm. Your account is removed immediately.
• On the web: sign in, open your profile settings, and choose Delete Account.
• By email: if you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, login credentials, contacts, chat conversations, campaigns, chatbot flows and connected WhatsApp account details are permanently removed.

What is retained, and why

Records required for legal, accounting and tax obligations — such as invoices and subscription/payment history — are retained for the period required by law, then deleted. These records are not used for any other purpose.
